Regles de compétition : RTC 1.0 ( Rush Team Compétition )

Hi everyone,

I create the first version of the rules of competition I expected 1.0 validation and hoping that his or accept even if have to change some little thing. ( I can add AKM and UrbanWar if you want )

Not a big variety of weapons and maps to choose from, i dislike that. The concept of the rules does have some good parts. I suggest to edit it up a bit and add more weapons and maps.
